The Unstoppable Singapore Armed Forces Land Rover​

The trusty Series III Defender 110, better known to Singapore’s national servicemen simply as the “Land Rover”, is a veteran in the Singapore Armed Forces and one of the most versatile vehicles in the SAF’s order of battle. Everybody in the army, across all ranks and vocations, from LOBOs to commandos, is a fellow soldier of the unstoppable Land Rovers.

As tough as old army boots with countless battle scars, these workhorses went everywhere and did everything with the men in green – taking up roles like the medevac motor, rations wagon, water transporter, cargo carrier, camp runabout, and of course general transport for generals and other officers.

The use of Land Rovers has been phased out by the Singapore Armed Forces and we now have available refurbished units for export out of Singapore. Thus far, the BBG has sold a few hundred units to countries in Africa and the USA.
